Where is my order?

  • Please allow 7 business days for custom pieces to craft and ship.
  • USPS Tracking will be sent when shipped. Please double check your e-mails & texts.
  • Most custom items deliver around 2-3 weeks from purchase

Can I edit my custom order?

As all custom pieces are rushed into production, we offer a 24-hour order edit free of charge (sometimes 48-hour). After that, any changes will result in a cancellation of your order incurring a 35% cancellation fee.

If your edit request is within the timeframe, please e-mail us as soon as possible!

Address change?

We can guarantee address changes within the first 72 hours of purchase. After that, as long as your order has not shipped, we will do our best to make the change. However at that point it will not be guaranteed. We are not liable for address mistakes after 72 hours of purchase.

Cancel order?

As all pieces are custom made and rushed into production. We only offer free cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, after that we do charge a 35% cancellation fee as most orders have already entered custom production. Once an order has shipped, a cancellation will not be possible.
